new fav shows. well, it's THE BIGGEST LOSER. it inspire me to lose weight. LOL. i'm not dat big. but, fr me, it's better to lose weight than gain weight man ! such a nightmare if i become dat BIG. THE BIGGEST LOSER's diet is really menyeksakn. eat sayur only. no fried food. no fastfood also. wow ! who cn stand with dat? me? of coz i cn . LOL. yea. really. i'm not joking. i eat less fried food now. eat more sayur. dun eat cheese. i also dun take rice at nite. if i still hungry, i'll take fruit. btw, exercises are really important. so, every evening, i'll go outside. hav a jog. riding bicycle. i feel healthy though. ;DDD
